Ipoh Parking Ticket
For those who doesn't know bout this,
especially Maverick...
Well, since last year our City Council came out this bright idea,
of using parking tickets which can be sell anywhere that has a signboard outside any shops u can find in Ipoh.

This is a parking ticket of RM0.30
You scratch it according to the time that is show on your watch,then place it on your dashboard.
K, when the world is talking bout our environment going worst,
City Council proposed this brilliant idea..
This tickets is sell in 5 per book, with a colorful cover in front..
Contains various value from RM0.30, RM0.60, RM4.00, i think..
As usual, RM0.30 is for 30 minutes,
RM0.60 is for 60 minutes,
RM4.00 is for a whole day..
Where ever you go,
When you park your car, you've to scratch this like scratching 4D tickets..
They are like training us how to scratch..
Notice the AM/PM that had to be scratch??
I really can't find a point to scratch it..
DON'T tell me that it is used to show the officers it is AM or PM the time we park..
Think bout it, we have to place this tickets from 8.00am to 6.00pm.. not a single time that is repeated..
It would be stupid for me if i scratch it for 8.00pm or 6.00am, right??
As for the time, what should I do when my watch shows e.g. 9.13am???
so should i scratch 9.10am or 9.15am????
and do u expect that our time (all citizen of Ipoh) is same as your time (all officers of city council)??
how do i know if you guys speed your watch up that is not in the parking ticket value??
I now talk back bout the environment,
I say like in within a year time,
the whole Ipoh will be full of these parking tickets rubbish,
all over the place..
calculate the cost of production these tickets,
that is made from paper,
which comes from trees,
then the signboards you guys have made from steel..
I don't dare to estimate the cost comparing to the old parking system..
there is the parking bay machine where you can press the number of the place where you park your car,
feed some coins and get out of there,
yup it's new too, just earlier than the parking tickets,
but still dunno why introduce the parking tickets..
When you are out there,
just want to buy e.g. A bread..
You've found a parking space,
Buying a bread won't use you 30minutes, right???
Since the introduction of these parking tickets,
City Council had removed most of the old parking meters,
so u can't like inserting a 10cents coin..
Well, you are also unsure whether should scratch that RM0.30 parking ticket or not..
So, what to do?? Leave the car and buy the bread as fast as possible??
And the officers will came out from nowhere,
without your knowledge,
when you get back to your car with your bread,
you'll find yourself with a saman of RM30 (not sure) slipped on the windscreen..
Well, for those who likes to gamble,
can try your luck to go MKT (Magnum, Kuda & Toto)..
Lastly, the remaining that came out from the scratching,
it's toxic, and contribute dirtiness to the car..
yup, it's very small amount,
but slowly it'll becomes a very large amount of waste...
