Chinese New Year 2007 Part 1
A year in the busy life of KL,
study most of the time,
though went out to play for some times,
almost forgotten why and what Chinese people celebrate Chinese New Year,
some believes that I had totally ignore,
such as shouldn't owe anybody in the form of object or money,
shouldn't talk bad or cursing words,
must not wear dark colour shirts etc...
Went back to Ipoh to celebrate this special week with my family and friends,
The last day of the lunar year,
which I still haven't forgotten,
that is having a dinner with the whole family members,
This year my parents ask me to prepare our best dish,
Ok, it's actually a pot of rice,
but not normal white rice,
it's wax-duck rice... yummy...
This is why it's so unique,
I say again,
It's not ordinary rice...
I had to light up the fire in the ceramic stove (I think),
Which used up a lot of energy,
Then cook the rice,
Which care must be taken to make sure the rice won't overcook,
Then place the ingredients into the rice.
I had to sit beside it to check with the fire,
Wau, it's very hot,
This is the way when people cook in about 20 to 30 years ago,
During my camping days as well.
This is the result when I bring the rice back to Grandma house,
This photo is taken half way during the dinner...
Then these are the photos before the dinner, includes Yee Sang...

Yee Sang, full of Salmon.
